Join Community Servings staff and the LifeSavor Planning Committee and help us unload event items from vans & cars and into the event space. Volunteers will meet at 333 Stuart Street, Boston, by 1:00PM, and begin to help set up for the event, unload supplies, create centerpieces, and organize the space.

Special Requirements:

·       Must be 18+

·       Ability to lift, push, or wheel boxes and/or table.

·       Ability to stand for extended periods of time

·       Must adhere to dress code: Business attire. (Comfortable footwear is encouraged as you’ll be standing for the duration of the volunteer shift.)

Be a part of a team that thrives in an exciting fast-paced environment! This group encourages guests to purchase Champagne, then receive a prize in exchange for their $50, $100, $250, or $500 contribution to Community Servings. Volunteers will help set up and run the Champagne wall, and help with clean up at the end of the night. Orientation begins promptly at 4:30pm.

Set the tone for a fabulous evening by greeting & checking-in guests in and directing them to the reception. You will work in pairs to greet and check guests in at the beginning of the night. Orientation will be from 4:30-5:00pm and ready to greet and check in guests beginning at 5:15pm

Do you love working special events? We are looking for some outgoing individuals to assist us with various jobs throughout the event and to help where there are needs. You might join our Raffle team, assist with event flow, help guests make online donations, or run last minute errands.

Special Requirements

·       Must be 21+

·       Comfort encouraging donations and handling donations

·       Must adhere to dress code: Business attire. (Comfortable footwear is encouraged as you’ll be standing for the duration of the volunteer shift.)

·       Volunteers are encouraged to eat any of the appetizers during the party but must abstain from alcohol served at the event

·       Willingness to learn a few roles and to move from one task to another

·       Help guests transition from the cocktail party to restaurants including coat check and with Uber’s on the street outside.

·       Evening special assistants will help with clean up/breakdown

Chauffeur Community Servings' staff from restaurant to restaurant as LifeSavor guests are having dinner. Knowledge of the city, Google Maps, and a car is a must. The volunteer driver waits outside the restaurants or circles the block while we rush inside to thank them for being a part of the event. Stops will only be 5-10 minutes. Volunteers will arrive at 333 Stuart Street to pick up Community Servings staff. Please arrive a few minutes before 7:30pm to receive your driving routes and instructions for the evening.

·       Must have a valid drivers license

·       Must have a mobile phone
